Why the information is requested
The information is requested so Harris Roof Systems can understand and respond to roofing enquiries, discuss requested work and prepare appropriate next steps or quotations.
Roof photographs
Only submit photographs that are relevant to the roofing enquiry. Avoid including unnecessary personal information, documents, faces, vehicle registrations or other sensitive information. Never climb onto a roof simply to take photographs.
Website forms
The release candidate contains forms prepared for the intended hosting platform. Their live processing, notification, storage and retention behaviour must be verified during deployment before customers are invited to use them.
Sharing and service providers
Website hosting, form processing, email or other technical providers may process information where required to operate the enquiry service. The final production setup should document the providers actually selected rather than naming services that have not yet been confirmed.
Retention and your rights
The final published notice must state the actual retention arrangements and provide the information required for the business's applicable data-protection obligations. These operational details should be confirmed before launch.
