Annual Landlord RoofCare
Proposed launch price: from £295 per property per year.
Designed for landlords who want a consistent annual roof record. The planned package includes one scheduled annual roof inspection and updated condition report, comparison against the previous inspection where records are available, and priority access to discuss any recommended roofing work.
The annual plan is intended as preventative maintenance support rather than an emergency-repair contract. Repairs, access equipment and additional visits are quoted separately.
Property portfolios
For landlords and property managers with multiple addresses, we can provide a portfolio quotation rather than charging each property as an unrelated one-off job. Properties can be grouped by area to make inspections more efficient, with an individual report retained for each address.
What the report is — and is not
The service is a visual roof-condition report. It is not a structural survey, valuation, intrusive survey, electrical survey or substitute for a chartered building survey where one is required. Drone flights are subject to weather, site conditions, airspace restrictions and applicable UK drone rules.
