Drone roof surveys & landlord reports

Drone roof surveys and photographic roof condition reports for landlords, property owners and managers across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.

See the roof without unnecessary access

Our planned drone survey service is designed to give landlords, homeowners and property managers a clearer visual record of roof condition. High-resolution aerial images can help identify visible defects and maintenance priorities without relying on a ground-level view alone.

Landlord roof condition report

A fixed-price residential package can combine the aerial inspection with a straightforward written roof report and selected photographs, giving landlords a dated record for maintenance planning and discussions with tenants or contractors.

  • Roof coverings, ridges, hips and valleys
  • Chimneys, flashings and visible roof details
  • Gutters, fascias and roofline where visible
  • Annotated or selected defect photographs
  • Plain-English condition summary and recommended next steps
  • Useful maintenance record for rental properties and portfolios

Fixed-price option

Proposed launch package: £195 for a standard residential property. The exact scope, property-size limits and any additional charges for complex or larger properties will be confirmed before this service goes live. Portfolio and commercial properties will be quoted separately.

Important: A drone survey is a visual inspection and is not an intrusive or structural survey. Flights are subject to weather, site conditions, airspace restrictions and all applicable UK drone requirements. The service will only be offered when it can be carried out lawfully, with the required CAA registration/IDs for the aircraft and operation and appropriate commercial third-party insurance in place.

Landlord RoofCare plans

For landlords who want a repeatable maintenance record rather than a one-off inspection, Harris Roof Systems can also offer an annual RoofCare option. This is designed to help spot visible deterioration earlier, document roof condition over time and plan repairs before defects become more disruptive.
